Deputation.
aka: fundraising
But more than that. Comes from the word "deputize." Like a deputy.
Includes traveling to churches and presenting our ministry and burden for the Japanese people. We are seeking churches to partner with us in order to fulfill the Great Commission to go into all the world. We are their deputies assigned to work with them across the globe. This partnership is extended both through prayer and financial support.
The deputation process typically takes a few years of being on the road. Families may be in up to 13 different churches every month. You can pray for a missionary family's safety as they travel, as well as for their support to be raised.
Those are the basics. We would love to answer any of your questions about deputation or Japan!
You can write us at jonathan@projectjapan.info or heather@projectjapan.info
Thanks for stopping by and stay tuned for more posts about life on the road!
